Results of the Interrogation of Selarome Ove, Chernarusian Minister of Energy



(TS)Minister of Energy, Selarome Ove



(TS) Minister of Energy, Selarome Ove, was captured during OWT 11-20 TFC's assault upon Chernogorsk. He was born in Lithuania, but grew up in Argentina in the 1990s. His background and education are in nuclear and chemical engineering. He was a suspected terrorist sympathizer and was labeled such by the Brits in 2001. He is known for his ability to retrofit short-range rockets with chemical warheads he labeled, "Volcanoes." He was considered the #1 HVT in Chernarus becuase most, if not all military commanders within the northeast region of Chernarus report to him.



(TS) Minister Ove was granted qualified immunity from 18 U.S. Code 2331, pending review decreed by 10 U.S. Code 826. In exchange, the Minister revealed two key pieces of information about Chernarus: the status of their CBRN program and the composition, if any, of 506 IR RU POWs in the NSLA's custody.



(TS) An entire INSCOM will be devoted to the status of the Chernarusian CBRN program. This INSCOM will not be the subject of the Chernarusian CBRN program, but it will be explained in a separate ALCON INSCOM by 0001UTC 25OCT20.



(TS) The first exchange of information between the US Government and the Minister Ove's attorney (according to 64 Stat. 109, 10 U.S.C. Chapter 47) was the status and location of the PoWs from the 426 BSB.

As S-2 currently understands, the following PoWs from the 426 BSB are all alive since the capture of Minister Ove, dated 10OCT20.

(TS) If any 506th IR RU element encounters any of the above PoWs, all BLUFOR are taught to state the passcode 'hard hat' for Positive Identification. Any entity stating this phrase within an AO is to be immediately escorted to Platoon HQ for escort to secure facilities for further questioning by S-2.



(TS) If any 506th IR RU element is to encounter or believe to have encountered any of the above - dead or alive - they're to immediately report it to their CoC. All Platoon HQs are hereby ordered to advise S-2 should any suspected POWs be encountered.
