issues launching Arma after Mod download

hi guys i tried to launch Arma after downloading all the mods but im getting this message when i try to play the game  any ideas please ?userconfig\cyp_pushtohear_a3\cyp_pushtohear_a3_config.hpp not found

Your userconfig folder is missing or not set up correctly.

Your Recruiter should be able to provide some specific assistance.

I have had this problem before Sgt, and I was advised to switch off BattleEye and the game opened fine afterwards.
