Teamspeak version

What teamspeak version should I be running?
The current version errors when attempting to connect to the address starting with 144.
Getting the error: Disconnected from server (server version is too old for command)

The latest Approved TeamSpeak 3 Version is: 3.1.10 (24AUG18)
