Xpadder Setup - meant for Aviators but anyone could use

I use the T16.000M HOTAS and Xpadder and I want to share my setup just in case you all can benefit from what I have done.

Thx for the setup, I'm actually replicating your setup, but, I'm having some issue with button mapping. Like LR channel and NVG brightness, it won't let me set it up, same for the hotas when it comes to addons button. if u can tell me how u did it, that would me much appreciated.

With kids, i don't have a big budget with it come to stuff like this, but, it cost around 150 on amazon for both, with is, a very reasonable price for the products, got it today, and I'm very happy with it, first time using a hotas, need some time to adjust, but, once I'm use to it, that's gonna make flying a lot more precise.
