Before you enter the unit fully, you will need to complete two stages of training.

All unit operations will be conducted in EST. For timezone conversion see here.

Phase 1 training is a single class conducted on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
You can enrol in whichever class fits your schedule.
Tuesdays @ 2100 EST
Thursdays @ 2100 EST
Sundays @ 1300 EST

Phase 2 training is 4 days total.
Two different classes run for this phase, each class runs two sessions per week.
You can enrol in whichever class fits your schedule, and you can change class if you need.
Class Alpha is Saturdays and Sundays @ 1300 EST
Class Bravo is Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 1900 EST

Operations and FTX's will depend on which Task Force you are assigned to.

Task Force Alpha: 1st/3rd Sunday at 2000 EST
Task Force Bravo: 2nd/4th Sunday at 2000 EST
Task Force Charlie: 2nd/4th Saturday at 2000 EST

All 3 task forces commence briefing 1 hour to 30 minutes ahead of the operation.

Training times will depend on which squad/section you billet with.
On average, most squads train in similar timings to their operations.

It's also expected that you arrive "on time". On time means to be 15 minutes early, at least.

It's not an official list, but you can view the schedule page I created here.
The official way for you to check is to go through Teamspeak and view the channel description of squads/platoons, everyone lists their training times there.

Hope this helps.

Correction to the Phase 2 training:

It is conducted within 2 weeks, which is known as a cycle. Phase 2 training is conducted in both classes.
