[SOLVED] Task Force Radio fails to load- HELP !

Ok, here goes..

Hello everyone. I seem to have a problem that nobody ive asked so far can fix.. So i hope some of you guys may know the solution for this.

THE PROBLEM

- The problem seems to be something with TFAR or Teamspeak itself.
I load up the mod using the vanilla launcher and i make sure that i launch CBA first as instructed.
When my game loads up and im on the main menu, i can see all the mods ive started at the bottom of the screen, and one of them is Task Force Arrowhead Radio. Then i locate a 506th server and i join the lobby with no issues. I pick my slot and press "ok". When i load into the game i get a message in chat saying:
 " RCT Ban: ERROR , missing addon(s):task_force_radio "
After that a red box appears in the middle of the screen saying that ACE is warning me that i dont have Task Force Radio. And after the big red box i get another notification with the regular Arma design saying that Task Force Radio is either not running or i have an earlyer version.

What ive tried so far..
-Deleted all Task Force Radio related files from both my Arma 3 folder and the Teamspeak 3 plugin folder.
-Re-Downloaded Task Force Arrowhead Radio and re-installed it, meaning ive moved "@task_force_radio" to my main Arma3 folder, ive put the "task_force_radio" folder in the userconfig folder, and ive moved the .dll files and the radio sound folder to the "plugins" folder in the Teamspeak folder.
-I have tried the " Reload All " button in the plugins menu.
-I have deleted all the files but the "a3.bikey" from my Keys folder in my Arma 3 directory.
-I have double checked the plugins im running on teamspeak so that i dont have any conflicts. ( Im only running "ClientQuery" , "Task Force Arma 3 Radio" , and " TeamSpeak 3 control plugin" )
-I have disabled BattleEye as instructed
-I have double checked my whole Arma 3 directory for any mods other then the ones needed to enter a 506th server
-I have attempted using a different Arma 3 profile
-I have deleted all task force radio related files, reset my PC,installed everything all over again,reset PC again try'd connecting to the server, problem persists.

I think thats about everything ive attempted so far. i think my next step would be to delete Arma 3,TeamSpeak3 and the mods all together and do a fresh install and then try to get TFAR working again.
But ill save that for a last resort.
Now ive noticed something, but im not sure if its relevant or not. In teamspeak, every member if you click on him has the Task Force Radio thing above his avatar picture. It says this:

" Task Force Radio Status (0.9.8 ):Connected N Play N P:0.9.8 A: 0.9.8 "

Now i have the same thing, only mine says this:

" Task Force Radio Status (0.9.8 ):Connected N Play N P:0.9.8 A: "

So basicly almost identical but mine has nothing under "A:"

Im really hope someone can find a fix for this..I really dont want to delete Arma and set everything up again.

Find me on TeamSpeak tomorrow or today and we will get this figured out. Usually it's because your forgetting something small or missing matching files. You put TFAR in your command line and also installed the plug in on TeamSpeak correct?

That is correct. I have done that with the guidance of CPL.Owens during yestedays recruit training. We did not manage to figure it out. Ill pm you on teamspeak when i see you.

Make sure you're running both TS and Arma as administrator. Not saying its the solution, but you didn't mention it in your description.

Running teamspeak as administrator opens it up with no issues, but when i try running Arma as administrator i get an error from Arma saying :

Include file
userconfig\cyp_pushtohear_a3\cyp_pushtohear_a3_config.hpp not found

Altho i have those files in my userconfig. ctab, cyp_pushtohear_a3 and task_force_radio.

Where is your userconfig file? I assume in Arma 3 directory

That is correct. My "userconfig" folder is in my main Arma 3 directory.

Local Disk > Program Files x86 >Steam > steamapps > common > Arma 3

You put in the plug-ins from TFAR in your TeamSpeak program. Should like something like this Local Disk> program 86x> TeamSpeak (TeamSpeak client?)> plug-ins > radio sounds?

Just to check, have you tried using TFAR on the server despite the error? Do direct voice and/or radio comms work?

Wait if it's an error that says something like TFAR IS OUTDATED CURRENT VERSION .81 BLAH BLAH then it's fine I get that all the time

@ PV2 Bingham : Afirm. In my teamspeak folder under plugins i have both the .dll x32 and x64 files, plus the radio sounds folders.  My TS is installed under C:\Users\Ban\AppData\Local\TeamSpeak 3 Client

@ WO1 Wilde : Afirm. Yesterday during recruit class i was on a 506th server and i think CPL.Owens could hear me over direct voice. Pretty sure infact. But i try'd equipping the radio from the supply box but i could not use it. I put it in my inventory but my Push-to-talk key does nothing. Also Ctrl+P does not toggle it.

@ PV1 Bingham : I get that error aswell.. But i also get the one in chat saying my addon(Task force radio) is missing. And a red box in the middle of the screen lets me know aswell that ACE does not see it either.
