Talking over channels - Resolved
« on: May 01, 2015, 01:43:39 PM »
I'm being told in-game that I'm talking over a channel.  So I've been keeping the Vehicle Channel active as my selected channel.  This helps until I'm in a vehicle and then other people hear an echo when I talk.  Below, you can see I have no key-bind set for any channels or VON.  What's causing this?  Any fix?  It seems to me this started when Arma updated and then we rolled back.  But I might not be remembering correctly on that.  Caps Lock is my radio button.

Unbind the push-to-talk key.

Yep same as the others stated.  That push to talk key bind is specifically for the ingame chat i.e. direct, group, vehicle, command, and global.  That key bind has nothing to do with TFAR except cause you the headache you currently have!
