Graphics card help/recomendations
« on: April 16, 2015, 10:27:53 PM »
So GTAV is finally making me upgrade from my impressively long lasting 560TI.  I'm looking to spend up to $350 and I've always been an Nvidia fan.  Any help would be appreciated as the tech has so many options and has now gone way over my head.

Something out of the 900 series, without a doubt. It's the card I'm going for, and they have a lot of power to bring to the show. Make sure you've got the supply to feed it.

Go on craigslist or ebay for a used GTX 780Ti.

ive always enjoyed the "x70" series.  I had a 570 that lasted a while and just last year upgraded to the 770.  My suggestion goes to the GTX 970, its at your price and is up top on the benchmark list right now.

Sweet, that's only a bit more advanced than the 960 I'm thinking about buying. Will be interested to see the results you get.
