 Really can't wait for that to happen.
Probably same time I am guessing. Cause if it was going to be earlier, they might as well have it on Sunday.

Q i was wondering can members from the 15th that are 17 still join because i been interest to join

No, that policy ended quite awhile ago. 18 is the minimum age for all applicants now.
