CW4 I. Steves:
I have two monitors, one that is 1920x1080 and one that is 4k. If I try using my 4K screen to play in 1080p it looks like water color painting. But if I swap it to my 1080p monitor it looks fine. It is just because of you not using all the pixels in the screen

Yeah that is definitely the case.

Maybe time to start checking out 1080p monitors hah.
