Request Prairie Fire Hard Restart

SSG M. Jaeger:
Players are encountering anomalies with enemy spawning, amongst other issues.  These were not present in recent play on the same PF modpack, and may just need a restart.  Two soft restarts were done with no resolution of the issues.  If they continue, bug reports will be submitted.
