Bought this computer

Now before you start bullying me because it’s a laptop, I travel a lot for work, it’s actually what I do so I need a laptop, not a tower sorry folks. But anyways, if I were to use this PC to play with this group, how well do you think it’ll run?

You should honestly be fine, there's a handful of people in the unit who run on laptops, and there's plenty of people who play with worse specs than that.

I ran a very similar set up before upgrading to a 2070. I had a Ryzen 5 2600 @ 3.7 GHz with a 1660TI and 16 gigs. The base freq on your CPU is fairly low, so I don't know if it compares well to my CPU or not, but I could run my system at around 30FPS mins with view distance set to 4-5k on foot and everything else at Ultra or very high.
