mod issues

So I'm trying to update my mods and I'm getting this issue when I launch the game

userconfig/cyp_pushtohear_a3/cyp_pushtohear_a3_config.hpp not found.

I uninstalled the 506th mod pack and reinstalled but still getting the issue, any ideas as to how I can fix this?

In the 506th folder (if not, check the other mods for it) there is a file called Userconfig. Take the file out from there and move it into the Arma 3 folder in your steam directory.

I'm not seeing it at all, I'm beyond confused as to why I dont have it when it was a fresh install
