Title: Need your old parts!

So for a long time my computer has struggled to run Arma however the past few major operations it has been worse for whatever reason.  I'm getting between 3-8 FPS and at times it will drop down even lower.  In small scale training I can get between 15-22.  I've already upgraded the power supply and GPU to a MSI R9 270X but I really need to upgrade the CPU and I assume motherboard now.  I'm an idiot when it comes to computers so I don't know all that is required.  I am currently running an AMD FX-6200.  My budget just isn't going to allow me to purchase any new parts right now.  If anyone has recently upgraded their CPU and would be willing to part with their old (but better than mine) parts on the cheap it would be much appreciated!

What are your comp specs?

The computer is a HP Envy H8-1534.  http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=emr_na-c03639067-12.  I replaced the graphics card with a MSI R9 270X and the power supply with a Corsair 750W.  Other than that its just like the computer in that link.
