No, We switched server. It was down last night for a 2-3 mins. But i'm on fine

I know we changed,i'm on the new one but can't get out of the day room???????

 insufficient client permissions (failed on i_client_max_channel_subscriptions)

I was assigned and I can switch channels now but I don't see anyone on TS.
It's a ghost town in here?????
