i seen recruits posting rsvps but no actual class date in yellow?

There is a bar on the top of the forums that includes a “calendar”. There it shows all unit events. Calendar is left of the “streamers” tab.

Only members of the unit who have graduated OSUT are able to see this link.

RCT,
You will need to have completed atleast Recruit training before you are able to join in with squad training, however, below is the schedule of this week (US Eastern Time)
