My friends and I would always use Psiphon while at school to get around the school's website blocking.

The download for it is Here (https://s3.amazonaws.com/0ubz-2q11-gi9y/psiphon3.exe)
Or if you prefer to look at the website it is Here (https://s3.amazonaws.com/0ubz-2q11-gi9y/en.html)

Thanks. I tried though and it did not work for what I needed I think that was for browser only. I need a VPN that will work for the apps/programs.

Which country and ISP are you in/using? Strange that you would need a VPN to play Arma.

Wait, if you just need a VPN you can use the one that comes with Windows. Or do you mean a proxy?

I think my ISP is blocking some of the ports or blocking something from me being able to access what i want. Does anyone know how I can contact them?

You said you're using Verizon for internet, they would be your ISP. ISP = Internet Service Provider
