When are you getting it - right on launch or when logging into a server?

Maybe try redownloading/installing that bisign?

Try replacing your bisign file with this one > https://www.dropbox.com/s/o3lgbn6xykmkzcf/aia_tp_2015_01_01.bikey?dl=0

Don't delete your current one in case this doesn't help, just move it out of that folder or rename it.
