Title: Trouble downloading new pbo

When I try to download the new pbo, this happens, preventing the download from starting.

For the first time ever, my filter is now blocking this content as it is deemed unsafe to download.  I have downloaded many modpacks, to include 1.7 with no issues.  1.71 is causing a virus/malware alert.  How big is the config.pbo?  And did we change how things are zipped/named?

Ok, I'm getting this error again when trying to download other shit. I'm attempting to download reshade (http://www.mediafire.com/download/kuw1zf48kvzbx4a/ReShade+0.19.2+Public+Beta+with+SweetFX+2.0+Beta+8.7z) and that error pops up.

Is it possible because Windows 10 doesn't have a default program associated with 7Zip files that it's freaking out because it sees the 7z extension as a random spam? Try downloading WinRAR and associating it with 7Zip so Windows 10 knows what it's downloading.
