Title: Profile Management

I'm planning on applying to join the 506th as my first ArmA III unit career. I was wondering about profile management, specifically in the name of the profile on the game. Under the last name Bard, would I have to create a new profile as "PVT Bard" or is there a way to change the name of the profile while in a unit FTX, operation, etc?

When you are done with RCT Training your name will change to PV1

I have two profiles in Arma. My first one that I created before I joined the unit is unable to be edited, however, I use it often when playing on public servers. That way I can be an ass-hat and not miss-represent the unit. My second profile needed to be created so I could edit the name. You will probably have a similar issue, but both should share the same Arma 3 player ID.
