When we want to play online do we need to get Arma Launcher or just use the normal online?

Yes jimmy, Use the launcher To Start the mods. You cant miss it there is a tab that says MODS click on it navigate to the Root Arma 3 Folder. From there you can Ctrl+click the mods and add them into the launcher

What server is it that we use for missions and for training?

You will be told during training which server to join.  When it is time to join a server your instructors will fill you in on what server to join as well as the information needed to join it.  Until recruit training your main thing is to make sure your mods are in working order.

From how I understand your question, no you do not need to input a specific server in the Arma launcher, you can connect through the in-game multiplayer hub. Arma launchers, such as Arma3Sync, are often recommended for managing mods, but are not required.
