Good day,
All the mods I am loading off of one drive to start. But I get these messages on most of the mods I am trying to load in. "Data file too short"..
What could possibly be the cause of this?

Did you follow the advise provided by SPC Donohoe?
I'm sure a recruiter will get you squared away shortly, perhaps try sending a PM to the recruiter that dealt with your application to the unit.
Failing that, the usual advise stands. Re-download, re-read the instructions.
In my time in the 506th, 99% of mod problems have been issues with not downloading them from the correct place, not loading them correctly, or otherwise failing to follow direction.
Regarding your specific error, ensure that your downloads are fully completed prior to un-zipping, and ensure they are fully unzipped prior to moving to your Arma3 directory.
