I was put into the reserves how would i request a transfer back into active duty?

Via the Lateral and Reserve Transfers board (http://www.506thir.net/forums/index.php?board=49.0).

It should be noted that you were moved for poor attendance. You should ensure that you have the time required for your new billet prior to filing a transfer request.
