Does anyone experience this or is it just me?
CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5 GHz
GPU: GTX 750 Ti
Is it possible that I have a bottleneck within my CPU? Should I upgrade it? Thanks.
P.S I can't get an Intel CPU and a new motherboard unfortunately.

What's keeping you from upgrading your CPU and motherboard, out of curiosity?
-
Definitely upgrade your cpu.

Having a quick Internet peek, while the CPU is old by computer standards (Q4 2012), its specifications should be enough to run Arma 3. Its L2 cache is kinda meh, but still, it should run. A little more information would be helpful, though!
Is it crashing at any particular point, always at that same point? On load up, middle of a mission, etc? Are you running the game vanilla (no mods), or with a collection of mods?
Have you looked at your RPT to see if anything specific is mentioned? If you don't know how to find them, it's pretty simple. Opening up the run command, type in: c:\users\"what your pc is named"\appdata\local In that, you'll see an Arma 3 folder. In that folder you'll see the RPT files. Should be sorted by date, so just open it up (default is notepad), and see what it's saying.

I've got an AMD FX 6200 in my computer. While I wouldn't say it runs well I've never had any issues with the game crashing.

Thank you for all your replies, and sorry for my late one!
I will crash randomly in ArmA3, everything is fine at one time and then just get the old "ArmA3 has stopped working" message. I also looked around the interwebs and found others with crashing issues, but not specifically any type of processor.
I am going to be upgrading to an 8350 in a week or two.

Going to be honest if you have the extra cash buy a Intel I5 or I7 because arma 3 hates amd cpu's I have a 8350 right know and well the quality isn't better. I still get shit frames in OP's. What you might consider is sli your 750 and the new board that's best option for you

I had a AMD cpu, then upgraded to a Intel i7... notice is noticeable and totally worth it.
-
I have the 8350 and run ops with ok performance.

Unpark your Cpu http://www.coderbag.com/programming-c/disable-cpu-core-parking-utility (http://www.coderbag.com/programming-c/disable-cpu-core-parking-utility), I run Arma 3 on my Wife's AMD sometimes. It works fine.
