Title: Problems with Ace

I'm having problems with the game recognizing:

compat_rhs_usf3.pbo
compat_rhs_afrf3.pbo

Error in Arma says I have no version of either. Is this a CBA issue? Ace 3 Issue? RHS issue? I've downloaded all of them multiple times and I keep getting the same results.
