Title: Small NVG Mod for everyone!

So lately I've been playing around more and more with modding so here's a small RHS PVS-15 enhancement for those playing fun missions. For those that want thermals but don't specifically want a MX-2 or Thermal scope on your weapon but just on your NODs. As i'm writing this, all I can think of are the old Tom Clancy games like Splinter Cell and Rainbow Six.
