Title: TS3 Timeout and Invalid Parameter size Error
Post by: Munson on July 09, 2016, 11:29:20 AM
My teamspeak has been timing out and reconnecting several times throughout the day and then finally staying disconnected and saying "invalid parameter size" in the message box.
I have checked other threads suggesting an issue with phonetic names; however i have not ever set one and have checked and i do not have one set at this time, any help would be appreciated.

-Thanks

Make sure you're using version 3.0.19.3 of the TeamSpeak 3 client.

Check your UniqueID  on your default identity to make sure it's < 200 characters long and that your Security Level has been improved to 29.

If that doesn't resolve it, try creating a new identity (Settings > Identities > Add) and logging in with that.

Were you able to resolve this issue?

I have another question regarding TS. If the ip address of the server has changed, how do I find out what the new one is? I want to make sure I have that squared away before I begin training on Thurs.
