For some reason their is no new topic button in the recruitment topic area.

I had followed the link but it had sent back to the home page and my account is glistered what should I do?

For what it's worth, I am also having trouble with that link. I have made a forum account already, but that link leads me back to the root forum Index every time I click it. I have logged into my account and tried the link on Internet Explorer, and Chrome. Same result both times. To be clear, I am clicking this link while already logged into my forum account.
