is there any arma sync links i could use to get the mods for training and missions?

We do not use Arma sync. All mods need to be installed manually. There's a link to a video, that explains how to do it in the message you recieved.

Sorry if it's not exactly related to the topic here, but you guys might want to remake that video, it's a bit outdated at this point.

The mods will be different, the procedure remains the same.
