Title: ACE Menu Issues

Whenever I am out of a vehicle trying to access the 'Ace' Menu, it comes up doing this... https://gyazo.com/0a7939116d84d7912165947c0d8eefea

However when I'm in a vehicle it'll work completely fine.

(I'm trying to put on my earplugs in the picture)

Unless something changed since I last used the mod and this is meant to happen... Any help would be much appreciated

That jpg didn't really give me an idea of your issue. I'll just say, though, that self interaction is usually "left ctrl+windows key" and interaction with objects/inner vehicle interaction is simply "windows key".
