Script variables/fn_undefCheck.sqf not found
« on: May 04, 2015, 11:15:37 PM »
I have downloaded all the mods and upon start up, I get the error message:
Script variables/fn_undefCheck.sqf not  found
Anyone have any idea how to correct this? Any help would be greatly appreciated

CBA Issue, download this CBA: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/11546627/A3%20Mods/%40CBA_A3.7z

Delete your old CBA_A3 and add this. Should work after.

I did as you said but with no luck, unfortunately. I still get the notification upon restarting the game

Is your ARMA at version 1.40 and not 1.42?

You need to be running 1.40;

Quote
Rolling your ArmA 3 version back to 1.40 is extremely simple. It's an 800mb patch/rollback. Go to your steam library, right click ArmA 3>properties>"betas" tab>in the "enter beta access code" box, enter "Arma3Legacy140". This will add a new option to the drop down box that says "select the beta you would like to opt into". Select "Legacy - Legacy build (1.40)" and close the window. Your game will roll back.

I entered the code in the designated slot and I get an alert saying the "beta access code is invalid." I copied and pasted it straight from the directions. I did just  as the video directed.  Is there anything I am leaving out? Or is it just the code is no longer valid?

I'm unsure if you've already read this thread: http://www.506thir.net/forums/index.php?topic=4812.0

But if you didn't, a quick recap is that the version we were using is no longer available and we'll be updating our mod pack to the newest version within the next 2 days.

Okay perfect, so we will be updating to the newest version this week. I'll standby until the update occurs. Thank you for your help.

Hello again,
I've updated arma to the current update and still get the same error code upon starting the game. Do I need to update any of the mods now that we are using 1.44?

Yes, we are on version 1.5 of the unit mod pack, see this post for details
