Title: Could I join without the APEX dlc?

Pretty much what the title says. I dont have the APEX DLC just yet and I´d like to join the regiment. Is there any group or section I could join that does not require it?

If it´s a dumb question, just close the thread, I´ll get the message :D

Negative. The whole unit is required to have Apex.
