No. After you complete Recruit Training, your name will be changed by our S-1 Personnel clerks.

Is there a way to change last name after acceptance? I was logging on to change it but was already accepted.

Yes, there is a child board under "administration" labeled, "Name Changes". You can submit your name change there. You won't have access to that board until you have completed OSUT. However, anyone in a leadership billet can post the name change for you prior to graduating OSUT.

I want to clarify, this thread is not where you submit your name change request. This is where S-1 posts the name change, after it has been approved. Send a PM my way after completing OSUT, and we can work it out then.  Also, for future reference, please do not edit your signature.
