Could you please suggest a way i could change it. I read The naming policy and thought it was appropriate. I understand it says ""(subject to unit approval)"" so that is why i am asking for your guidance.

A good way to do it, is using a fake name generator. Just generate names until you get one you like. Alternatively you can also use your real name for ease of use, although generally we do recommend fake names. Jack Curtis is a good suggestion.

Application accepted. Within the next hour you will receive a welcome aboard private message with some general instructions to get you initially set up. Check the PHASE ONE sub-board for the next available scheduled Recruit Training. If you are attending a Recruit Training check each thread for available times and sign up for it in the "Recruit Training" Forum above this one. There will be a thread to sign in.

In Summary:
Step 1. Receive Welcome Aboard message and follow Instructions inside of the Welcome Aboard message.
Step 2. Sign up for a "Recruit Training" in the Recruit Training Forum.
Note: Steps 1 and 2 are interchangeable.

No need for that. This will be taken care of by S-1 clerks once you finish recruit training and OSUT.
