What is the minimum required internet speed without delays and lags?

Depends. The servers aren't bad at all, I did away with a WiFi connection at 25/5. If your PC is good, meaning you don't have frame lag, the internet can be a tad bit lower. I'd say a straight line 15/2 suits the average ArmA 3 player with a computer that can run 'Standard' settings at 40+ fps in combat/during a large firefight.
