If you're unable to connect with that information it may be a problem with your ports or something along those lines.

I have used that ip info and that does not work so what port changes do I need to do?

First, start TS.
Then, connect to your regular servers, if succeed, on the top bar, find "Tools", click on Client Log, copy and past all the client logs down.
Then, disconnect from your regular servers, connect to 506th TS server, if problem persist, on the same top bar, find "Tools", click on Client Log, copy and past all the client logs down.
Now you should have two sets of client logs to send to technicians.

Your client is Setup to connect to the wrong IP, Double check the address. Your log shows 114. and it should be 144.
