Title: DICE, EA fps games..

have they been giving out free to play games like bf4,bf3 to try?

since bf4 isnt on steam.. i have no idea how to catch a date when their free to try

You need Origin https://www.origin.com/ , it's pretty much like Steam, but for EA games. Oh yeah, EA, I said that, so you're warned, lol.

It's like steam except it sucks, a lot.

Say what you will about Origin, but it does have a pretty solid return policy on games (https://www.origin.com/no-no/news/origin-great-game-guarantee). On Steam you can only return the game and get your money back for early-access games. I've had very little problems with Origin compared to ... say, Uplay or even Steam for that matter.

Beware that if you do indeed put Origin on your computer, always keep a bottle of holy water handy because you might need to exorcise the computer after play.
