error code 0xc000000f
« on: January 21, 2018, 11:39:56 PM »
usually after 30-45 min of gameplay my Arma3 will be fine and then my fps drops to 5fps and my game ends up crashing. I do get an access violation code of 0xc000000FF -. I have looked online but cannot find a definite answer. Can anyone help to fix?

Check your Sound Sources - this recently fixed an issue with one of my guys. If it's set reasonably high, try lowering it.

get to your Arma main directory, go to the Dll. foldermap.
Delete all the dll. files so it looks like:

SPC Salvatore, did you have this same issue before and deleting those dl files worked for you? Only thing I could find regarding info was this.

Affirmative, I gave you the solution to fix the acces violation error. If you follow these steps it won't crash anymore.

get to your Arma main directory, go to the Dll. foldermap.

.....yea, that didnt work :( . It gave my game a seperate error code, I barely got to the main menu. I put those DLs back and game started fine again.

It was a smart move to keep a backup of those files at least. How did googling turn out for you?

Did you deleted the right files? Not the files included in my image but the rest of it. Only those 3 should be in the all folder

Try removing them and then verifying game files in Steam, should fetch you new copies of them.

That's weird because only the Dll files stated are those who are giving the status violation acces error.

I recently tried a DLL fix as well. Normally once you start up they just re-acquire new DLLs. But this time I had to verify local steam files to get clean copies.
